Happy Soldier Agency is a software studio in Istanbul, Turkey, founded by Şener Çavga, a software architect and full-stack developer with more than 20 years of experience.

Frequently asked questions
What is tailor-made (custom) software?
Tailor-made software is designed and built for one company's own processes, rules and users instead of adapting a generic package. It fits the way the business actually works, such as its quoting, ordering, stock or booking flows, and it grows with the business.
How long does custom software development take?
It depends on scope. A first version of an app focused on one workflow can ship in a few weeks; for example, the SipRota ordering app was planned for delivery in 3–5 weeks. Multi-tenant SaaS platforms grow in stages over months. You get a written timeline after the discovery call.
Do you work with clients outside Turkey?
Yes. We are based in Istanbul and work remotely with clients across Turkey and abroad through video calls and regular demos, in English or Turkish. Istanbul's time zone (UTC+3) overlaps well with both Europe and the Middle East.
Who owns the source code and the data?
Your business data is always yours and can be exported at any time. Source code ownership and usage rights are defined clearly in the contract for each project; both a full code handover and a licensed-use model are possible.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. We offer hosting and support including servers, backups, security updates and monitoring. New features and modules are built by the same team.
Which technologies do you use?
Mainly TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python and PostgreSQL, with Supabase, AWS, Docker and Cloudflare for infrastructure. We pick technology based on the project's needs, budget and long-term maintainability.
